The original Lawful government of the people was and has been displaced. The delegated powers were never granted to these named institutions above. They brazenly assume to claim them now and have yeilded them operating beyond their lawful authority. We have shown these “U.S.Government institutions to be incompetent, so all delegated powers are returned to their source—the people and the States themselves, to our assemblies.
This crisis began decades ago. A nefarious framework was built that gradually transformed free people into managed populations. What began as control over the poor evolved into a comprehensive structure of administration, documentation, and legal dependency. Birth certificates became the “undelegated Government’s” instrument of enslavement. Political birth status was stolen, property interests nullified, and identity was trafficked into systems controlled by The British Crown Corporation and the Holy Roman Empire.
For generations, Americans were treated as subjects of foreign jurisdictions, their estates, labor, and political standing administered through legal and commercial mechanisms that operated without their informed consent. Courts, government agencies, financial institutions, and professional associations became instruments of this system, enforcing assumptions that stripped people of their rightful status and authority.
The truth has now been uncovered. The people have reclaimed their political standing, restored their assemblies, and resumed the exercise of powers that always belonged to them. Notices have been issued, claims recorded, and the historical record assembled. The task before the nation is not rebellion but restoration—not the creation of a new government, but the return of the lawful one.

Fraud is a crime under Roman Municipal Law as well as under Roman Civil Law, and the British Crown Corporation pulled a fraud scheme to steal the identity of millions of American babies.
That created the intestate American Infant Decedent Estate Trusts AND a British Territorial Person operating under the same exact Given Name.
Substitution Fraud One.
The British Territorial Person, was declared "missing, lost at sea"— so another intestate public interest seaman's estate is created for the Bar Members to "administer".
Substitution Fraud Number Two.
There is a Roman Municipal PERSON operating as a Roman Inferior Trust ESTATE under the name of the victim and yet another intestate Cestui Que Vie Public Interest Trust for the Bar Members to "administer".
That is Substitution Fraud Number Three.
So the American baby has been impersonated three times, and each time, this fraud scheme is administered and orchestrated by members of the Bar Associations. We can only change all this fraud by standing our courts.
The good news is, that reconstruction of constitutional self-government is already underway. The era of concealment is ending, and the authority of the people is being reasserted. So its time to celebrate? It depends on you!
