A Little History: The Fraud - Part 1

By Yuliya Karelina

Part 1: Rights vs Privileges

Let’s get something straight first: Rights vs Privileges.

Rights are granted by the Creator. You are born with rights. Your rights are only limited by other people exercising their rights. You exercise your rights as long as you do no harm to others.

Rights require property. You have rights when it comes to your body, your home, or your land, if you own the land. Rights are only attached to the property that you own.

Privileges are given by a man made entity. To receive free healthcare, free education from the government is a privilege not a right. You do not have a right to free education, you do not have a right to free healthcare. Those are all privileges. Not rights. There is a big difference.

I define it because what we are witnessing now is a very intentional effort to confuse and obfuscate the two. Because when people don’t know the difference between rights and privileges, they don’t assert their rights, they give up their rights, accept privileges instead, and that means the tyranny is close, breathing down their necks close.

Our Founding Fathers gave us a Common Law Republic, where everyone is a Sovereign!

United States is the ONLY Common Law Republic in the world. We the People, created this government. We are above it, not below. But if we don’t learn, and assert our rights, we will lose this precious gift given to us by the Founding Fathers.

My God! How little do my countrymen know what precious blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on earth enjoy!” Thomas Jefferson.

Benjamin Franklin famously replied to a question about what form of government the Constitution provides, his response was “A Republic, if you can keep it”. Not a Democracy!

So how did we go from a Common Law Republic where everyone is a Sovereign to a Democracy approaching Tyranny and Anarchy?  Well, they have done it through the magic of words.
